Several High-Performance Computing (HPC) resources are available campus-wide to help researchers scale their computing resources according to their analytical needs. The resources listed below offer guidance on the two main types of available computing resources at UCSB:
- Backup and recovery services
- On-premise compute centers
- Computing resources provided by cloud partners. Available computing resources and points of contact are provided to help researchers further inquire about which computing resources are best for their research needs
We strongly recommend also consulting with your Departmental IT point of contact to discuss resources available through your department. Note that computing resources available to support teaching activities are outside the scope of this website.
